Lol, my sister went like" hur you want to see them also must have consent from them one hur, Is it like "May i see you, ghost?".
Yeayea, she went something like this and made me laughed like mad, obviously the form is meant for parents to sign luh.

Kinda creepy though,
cause i remembered placing it on the table.
